apple id登录提示 “这个 Apple ID 没有被激活。”

登录提示“这个人不在激活状态”或“这个 Apple ID 没有被激活”，This Apple ID is disabled. This Apple ID is not activated。这个问题一般是可以启用的，不同于“此apple id已停用”。

1.打开苹果的支持网站https://getsupport.apple.com/

以美国为例，点击底部的English

2.在Tell us what’s happening下面输入apple id

出现下拉框选择第一个 apple id disabled

3.两个选项

⒈“Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” alert

⒉“Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons” alert

随意选择一个

4.选择Chat

5.填写联系方式、名字等信息后进入对话框。是英文，可以用浏览器翻译功能。
